This brand new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath two-story home makes it easy to get back and forth in between games and events in addition to those early morning starts! Rain delays? No problem! It takes less than 5 minutes to get back over to the complex. Well-appointed kitchen, fast WiFi and lots of beds perfect for sharing with teammates and friends. A master suite with king sized bed, guest room with a queen bed, another bedroom with two full beds, a bunk-room with a full-over-full and a twin-over-twin bunkbed and a queen sofa bed in the living room as well as a queen day-bed in the game room is sure to suit your sleeping needs! Enjoy the fussball table and gaming set up (bring your own console) in the game room. The fireplace in the living room is perfect for warming up after those cold days out on the field. We're also pet-friendly with a fenced-in yard your pup is sure to enjoy.
Please note, the neighborhood is under construction as it's a brand new development! It is located approximately three-blocks from the train which runs through the entire city of Emerson. We have ear-plugs available for those light sleepers.
